Description
This painting was part of a series of works where I have been exploring the key elements of artistic expression.
Texture, shape, line, colour, form, value and space are the seven core elements of art. They often overlap and inform one another.
In this painting my key objective was to explore the visual effects of making lines & creating subtle textures using a palette knife, within the confines of circles, squares and triangular shapes.
