Description
This painting is part of a series of works where I have been exploring the possibilities of creating rhythms within key elements of artistic expression.
Line, shape, colour, form, texture, value, and space are the seven core elements of art. They often overlap and inform one another.
In this painting my key objective was to create visual rhythms within the confines of thin layers of acrylic inks painted in a series of vertical lines.
