Please let us know by email to: email@example.com as soon as possible or within 7 days, so we know you will be returning the items.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods and are responsible for ensuring that they reach us in perfect condition.
Please send the goods back to us as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after you inform us of your cancellation.
Please retain a Certificate of Postage and the tracking number.
You are responsible for any damage to the goods whilst in your possession and for returning the goods to us in their original condition as well as insuring them during transit.
Once we have received the returned goods and they are in the original condition, we will proceed to process your refund.
